Refund Policy

IPTV South Africa offers refunds for digital products/services under certain conditions. We strongly recommend taking advantage of a trial period before making a purchase.
IPTV South Africa gives refunds ONLY under the following conditions:
Conditions:
  • We are here again and again for the rest of the year 24 hours a day. After 24 hours there will be a full set of betting options.
  • All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the period of subscription usage IF a problem from our side could not be resolved within 72 hours.IPTV South Africa’s support team will contact users in all refund cases.
We will not issue refunds or partial refunds if:
  • The customer did not like the channel list.
  • The customer found another service.
  • The customer refuses to use the solutions we offer in case of problems.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
  • If you paid by credit card, refunds are usually processed and funds returned to the customer’s debit card within 20 to 31 business days. However, there may be cases where a refund takes longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these delays. We are not the payment provider; we are just the IPTV service provider.
  • Each refund usually takes 20 to 90 business days to become effective, and we do not have the power to shorten this period. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We will do our best to refund users as soon as we receive the request and verify the user’s information.
If any channels experience interruptions, slowdowns or occasional non-function:
  • While most of our servers are stable, some channels may experience interruptions or occasional non-functionality for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert engineers are continuously working to solve them.
  • Most often, these problems are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:
    • Fluctuations in the customer’s internet connection.
    • Problems with the customer’s set-top box/application/general configuration.
    • Problems with the customer’s ISP.
    • Channel interruption from our server.
    • The customer changes his mind and wants to terminate/switch servers.
    • Updates/reboots on our server side (required for weekly performance).
  • In the event that the user/customer is unable to view their IPTV subscription for 72 hours or more due to a server problem or other problem caused by us or on our side, we will provide a full refund for the package price or add lost time to your subscription for free , along with an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
